Dinner Dinner is dedicated to two soils of Convivium Valdemone: Nebrodi and the Aeolian Islands. The food will decline the sentinel pig and black Nebrodi Maiorchino (a cheese-like "provola). The soil of the Aeolian Islands will be represented by capers, desserts and Malvasia Island Saline.
