6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10 - Eat less meat, why not pasta! Fresh pasta shop home machine to Farm Bussierre (Strasbourg)

"We ask you to come with:
- 1 kg of flour, white or kiss, as you like, preferably organic ( is better!)
- 6 eggs of good quality (free hens live)
- an apron (the waltz of the flour)
- a tray large enough to take home the pasta you will
made - a plastic bag in which the plateau falls to protect the pulp in case of rain. You should know the pasta should remain flat.

If you have a pasta machine that you want to test, come with, but it is not mandatory, there will be on site.

Price: 5 € for non-members, gartuit for members.
Warning: not have dinner after the workshop. Everyone leaves home with her creations.

The marine resources are overexploited. According to FAO, if we continue at this rate, the stocks are completely exhausted by forty years. We eat too many cod and wild salmon. As consumers, we have a very important role to play, that's why the association Schnaeckele (Slow Food Bas Rhin) is organizing Saturday, February 12, a conference and dinner because yes, feasting on fish without feeling guilty you can!

Exit the poetry scene?

Scene Poetics is a cycle of spoken poetry with poet Patrick Dubost was held from 2003 to December 2010, the library of the Part-Dieu in Lyon.

In December 2010, in the middle of the year, the cycle has been blocked by Mr Bertrand Calenge, acting director of the library (one of the largest municipal libraries France, if not in Europe) unless it has met its leader, nor has it addressed the slightest criticism. And without that "poetry scene" should be replaced by another cycle of lectures entitled to the same material conditions that allowed the poets to come "from all walks of life."

If "The poetry scene disappears, it will not be replaced!

Because we reject the simple deletion of the privileged rendezvous with poetry, sign this petition and let us move.
