"We ask you to come with:
- 1 kg of flour, white or kiss, as you like, preferably organic ( is better!)
- 6 eggs of good quality (free hens live)
- an apron (the waltz of the flour)
- a tray large enough to take home the pasta you will
made - a plastic bag in which the plateau falls to protect the pulp in case of rain. You should know the pasta should remain flat.
If you have a pasta machine that you want to test, come with, but it is not mandatory, there will be on site.
Price: 5 € for non-members, gartuit for members.
Warning: not have dinner after the workshop. Everyone leaves home with her creations.
